Police removed Mc Shane from the SUV and found the body of Kristen Mc Shane dead in the couple's bed, covered with a comforter, The Orlando Sentinel reported.Mc Shane told detectives he logged into his wife's Facebook account and posted that she'd dropped her phone in the toilet so family and friends wouldn't worry if she didn't respond. Her profile picture was changed the next day to a photo of her smiling and painting a snowman, then to a close-up of her sleeping daughter.But it wasn’t Mc Shane behind the Facebook account, Orlando police said Wednesday.
According to the Sentinel, Mc Shane told police he updated her Facebook profile and messaged family and friends to try and convince them his wife was still alive.Anything will help.' Message me here, til I can get it fixed.” Family and friends offered solutions (“put it in rice”) or use of their old phones.The 32-year-old’s car burst into flames and struck a tree after the crash, according to WGHB.Her last Facebook update to her friends, apparently posted moments before the incident, said: ‘The happy song makes me HAPPY.’ Sanford’s Facebook post was made at 8.11am and the first 911 call about the incident was made one minute later.Courtney Sanford, from North Carolina, was apparently listening to Pharrell Williams’ hit song of the same name when she had the accident on the busy road in High Point on Thursday.
